Return Policy

In the event someone changes their mind after purchasing certain items they may want to return them. We understand and have a policy that covers items which are returnable.

Exterior Bait Stations – We must be notified within 3 days of the purchase. All stations shall be in a condition in which they are able to be restocked and resold. There are two ways to choose from as to how to get these stations back to us:

  1. You have the option to have us to return and pick them up. Keep in mind all return trips per your Prevent-A-Mouse service agreement incur charges. Your original service agreement will have return trip pricing listed. After picking up the exteriors we will refund the full cost of however many exteriors are returned minus the return trip charge.
  2.  Ship them directly to us: Customers may choose to ship them back to us, when shipping them back to us please include your name as well as address so the full refund may be appropriately applied to your account.

Bat Houses – We will accept returns on bat houses if notified within 3 days of purchase. All returns must be in a good condition for restock and resale.
