A key part of our Prevent-A-Mouse™ program is to target areas of the basement such as drop ceilings and around the foundation from the interior.
When mice enter into a basement they typically like to find a safe place to begin to reproduce and conduct their daily foraging habits. Our inspections often discover mouse droppings in the ceiling tiles of basements, since this large void space provides a safe haven for these rodents it is a place often visited. However mice will not stay isolated in the ceiling tiles, droppings are also often discovered in storage rooms, furnace rooms, and even in furniture!
We are able to prevent mice from inhabiting these areas using secured locked bait stations, these stations strategically placed in ceiling tiles, storage rooms or behind other basement decor which provides shelter. Thus effectively eliminating the presence of mice in those risk areas.
