How to Extend your Bat Exclusion Warranty up to 5 years
What good is a warranty on your automobile engine, if you don't go in for regular service? The same idea applies to keeping bats out of the house. Maintaining a bat-free home isn't satisfied with a simple piece of paper. You need some degree of service.
You may notice that our contract language doesn’t limit to "work that we complete". We cover construction gaps that may have been missed by our team, but the bats located. Also, knowing that bats can enter gaps as narrow as 3/8 inch, we do not limit gap size to ½ inch like other’s do. We want to get the bats out!
How to Extend your warranty up to 5 years:
NEW Starting in 2026! For exclusions done starting in 2026, we will extend the Bat Exclusion Service Agreement Term up to a total of 5 years as long as you: Pay for services according to the terms, upgrade to Ridge-guard (if recommended), buy 4+ weighted stations, and perform Prevent-A-Mouse treatments at least quarterly on an ongoing basis.
If you stop meeting the qualifications, then the warrenty ends.
